The Board of Trustees defines IQ2LT’s strategic orientation, oversees ethical compliance, and guarantees the independence of evaluation procedures. It includes representatives from academia, international organizations, and quality assurance experts.
The Certification Council validates audit reports, awards certification levels, and ensures consistent application of IQ2LT criteria across all regions and sectors.
This committee designs, updates, and validates the pedagogical and technological standards that form the IQ2LT framework. It brings together experts in e-learning, instructional design, ethics, and digital pedagogy.
Each regional division (Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America) operates under the supervision of the International Board, ensuring local adaptation while maintaining global consistency in methodology and standards.
The Secretariat General coordinates operational, administrative, and communication activities, providing support during application, audit, and follow-up processes.
